Every year, tens of thousands of metalheads flock to Schenefeld in northern Germany for one of the most prestigious open air music festivals, the Wacken Open Air, W.O.A.
The annual event with its decades-long vibrant history has become one of Europe's most revered top festivals, attracting a multitude of crowds from all over, looking to enjoy the very best of upcoming and established acts in the genre.
However, for the first time in its 30 years of existence, the German metal music festival has been canceled due to the COVID-19 unprecedented black swan events. But not to dampen the spirit of its fans, the team behind the festival have joined forces with some topnotch pace setters to ensure this year's Wacken Open Air is to be enjoyed differently and as best as possible.
One of the leading brands throwing its weight behind the iconic event is crypto gaming pioneer Bitcasino.
