TRAI will Apply Blockchain Technology to Control Messages & Spam Calls
The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) earlier this week put forth a draft Telecom Commercial Communication Customer Preference Regulation 2018 to restrain telemarketing spam through SMS messages and phone calls using blockchain technology. The draft regulation will always be open for comment up to 11 June 2018.

Golix Files Case in Court Against Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe
The Reserve bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) issued rules of thumb in a circular on May 13 that detailed that all cryptocurrency activities carried out in the country were being stopped. The RBZ went ahead and indicated that all domestic digital currency operations were given the maximum of two months to begin complaining. RBZ is now facing a lawsuit from a giant cryptocurrency exchange.

Abu Dhabi Suggests New Regulatory Framework for Crypto Asset Markets
The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) has newly forthput a legislative framework that includes new rules governing cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians plus other intermediaries. The regulatory consultation paper on cryptocurrencies was published on Monday 30th April. The UAE-based financial institution claims its proposed regulation that was termed as 'Spot Crypto Asset Framework," that will make it possible to address the new risks posed by cryptocurrency trading.
