The World Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Summit, #WBCSummit will take place in WTC Moscow on January, 27, 2018. International Decentralized Association of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain, IDACB is initiator of the summit.

International Decentralized Association of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain (IDACB) is a non-profit entity operating at decentralised principles. Membership of Association is granted to the national associations of participating countries or online registration for all blockchain society. Professional community members could be individual members of Association. Association doesn’t require a sole management position and is ruled and managed by a Board of Directors of regional associations – one member from one country. Due to the requirements of financial transparency and good-standing, The Treasurer of Association should be elected from the well-known community members or experts. The Treasurer should be responsible for financial activity, bookkeeping, taxation and other financial aspects. Treasurer reports to the Secretary. International Secretariat is appointed by the Board of Directors and is due to organize the activity of Association. Financing of Association is provided by membership fee of national associations and donations of sponsors. Circles are timely limited structured within Association to discuss some particular problems and can be established by the Board decisions. Association has Trustee Board, which consist of two parts. Part one – state representative from the country. Part Two – well known community leaders, who made a huge input in theme development. Association unites and consolidates professional community members and experts through national associations and specifically created Boards and committees.
