The honorary member of the jury in the public trial of scammers, Ivan Tikhonov, a Blockchain Community board member and the founder of Bits.media, the biggest forum and news outlet about cryptocurrencies and Blockchain in Russia with 100,000 views per day, shares his opinion, on why CEO of Razormind, Jawad Yaqub, had no plans to do any real work.

Here is his opinion without any corrections:

“Regarding the investigation of Razormind and their ICO that was aimed to finance the Blockchain-based OS – DeOS. I confirm that I have received my key to multisignature address 3EZ7DhAbwmzx7xFjfyhsoFDA3ZTmy6cQeS. I studied the case closely and found a lot of handy information in the thread on bitcointalk (if you are interested to read it - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1564499.0)
My opinion: Initially Razormind had no plans to implement what was conceived. And I found no facts that would prove the reverse. Just dust thrown in the eyes and no real work. Therefore, I consider them as a scam ICO. I would recommend not to send money to scammers, but rather send it to charity.
It's very strange that many news sites have missed this case, as if there’s a lot of ICO scams worth $10 million taking place every day. If the community misses such cases undetected it will stumble over them again and again. Scammers will win, and I don’t appreciate such a scenario.”
