World Blockchain Festival: Noah Project Gathers Thousands of Crypto Geeks Under One Roof

Less than a week is left till the long-awaited World Blockchain Festival, which will take place in Japan on October 13. The panel of speakers also includes Randy Hencken, director and co-founder of Blue Frontiers, a company developing floating islands that will be stationed in special economic zones, first in French Polynesia.
