Last Chance For Merchants To Take Part In Bitcoin Black Friday

Black Friday is approaching fast. If you’re not the type of person to sprint into Bestbuy at midnight looking for the best deal, BitcoinBlackFriday.com brings Bitcoin-exclusive deals to consumers so that they can purchase products and services with BTC.

Black Friday falls on November 24th this year.  Bitcoin Black Friday is a one-day-only event created by Jon Holmquist where hundreds of merchants offering Bitcoin-exclusive deals are connected to consumers.
This year, the online marketplace is expecting between 100-200 merchants to participate in the event.

BitcoinBlackfriday.com directs buyers to merchants with Black Friday deals. The merchants sell a variety of products and services, so you can expect to see deals on Christmas gifts, electronics, and hosting services. There are also many merchants who specialize in customization.

Holmquist said what inspired the service was, “people not knowing you could buy things with Bitcoin in 2012. The media narrative was that Bitcoin was only used to buy drugs or hitmen online. We opened up the event to show the world that there were plenty of merchants selling ordinary things”.

How it Works

BitcoinBlackFriday.com does not host the sales themselves, the website forwards you to the merchants offering bitcoin-exclusive deals.

When Will it Begin?

This year, BitcoinBlackFriday.com will open their marketplace at midnight on November 25th. If you are a merchant interested in offering a deal, you can submit an offer to BitcoinBlackfriday.com here

As it says on their website, “This is an opportunity to give back to the Bitcoin community, please be generous with your discounts, deals, and offers.” If you are a seller or consumer interested in this event and have further questions, you can contact BitcoinBlackFriday.com at contact@bitcoinblackfriday.com
